This guarantee does not apply to furniture which has been intentionally misused , damage caused by negligence, modification, checking, weathering, exposure, improper cleaning, non - residential use, or other unreasonable use. The guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. We reserve the right to repair, replace or finish a defective item. We reserve the right to offer an alternative product if a particular product is not available and that product has to be replaced.
